MantaBrew offers free shipping on orders over $99.
Processing Time: Your order will be processed and shipped out within 48 hours on business days.
Shipping Time: Depending on your location, once your order is shipped, it will be delivered within the next 7-14 business days.

Please note that we do not ship to Mexico, Africa, Israel, or the following locations:

UK overseas territories and offshore islands such as the British Indian Ocean Territory, British Virgin Islands, Guernsey, and Jersey.

All affiliated islands outside of mainland delivery areas.

Holiday Delays: Shipping may be delayed during holidays. A shipping confirmation and tracking link will be sent once your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking link within 14 days of placing your order, please contact us.

Additional Terms:
- Failed Delivery Due to Personal Reasons: If delivery fails due to personal reasons and the package is returned, MantaBrew will not cover the shipping costs for the second attempt. Any costs associated with resending the package will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Incorrect Address Provided: If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the recipient, MantaBrew will not be responsible for any additional shipping or handling costs. The customer will be liable for any charges incurred for resending the package.
- Lost Package: If you suspect your package is lost, we will do our best to assist you by contacting the carrier and initiating an investigation. At the same time, we request that you check your home security footage or file a police report to provide evidence for compensation from the carrier.
