Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

At MANTABREW, we’re committed to offering quality products and responsible service. Please read our full policy below for details on returns, refunds, and warranty.

1. Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in like-new condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories and promotional gifts included.

For orders that have been paid but not yet shipped:
You may cancel and request a refund. A processing fee of 8% will be deducted to cover payment platform fees.

For shipped orders:
Returns for non-defective products are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Products must be carefully repackaged to avoid damage during return shipping. Returns will not be accepted if the product is used, damaged, or missing components.

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact support@mantabrew.com within 7 days of receipt with photo or video evidence. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Please note:
We do not accept returns for products not purchased directly from MANTABREW or authorized retailers. Gift cards, sale items marked non-refundable, and opened products showing clear signs of use are not eligible for return.

To start a return, please contact us at support@mantabrew.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return. Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Warranty Policy

All MANTABREW products include a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care.

Warranty claims are only accepted if:

  • You are the original purchaser.

  • You bought the product from MANTABREW or an authorized retailer.

  • You provide proof of purchase.

  • The product has been used as intended and maintained properly.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or improper handling.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Damage caused by third-party accessories or unauthorized repairs.

  • Failure to follow usage or cleaning instructions.

To submit a warranty claim, please contact support@mantabrew.com with order details and proof of issue (photo or video). Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or repair.

For customers outside Hong Kong:

  • Return shipping costs to our service center must be covered by you.

  • We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced unit back to you.

Unauthorized repairs or modifications will void the warranty.
