Return Policy

At MantaBrew, we aim to provide an experience as refined as the coffee you brew with our products. We are committed to ensuring that the MantaBrew items you purchase meet your expectations. If you’re not completely satisfied or if the product doesn’t suit your needs, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to make it right. All MantaBrew products come with a 30-day return guarantee.
Given the nature of our products, we may first attempt to troubleshoot any technical or usage issues before processing a refund. We ask for your cooperation in working with our support team through online service channels (email and chat) to resolve any issues you may encounter.
Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by MantaBrew, and any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount. This also applies to items that qualified for our Free Shipping offer.
Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed and should appear in your account within 10-15 business days.
Simple Return Steps:
  1. Contact us at support@mantabrew.com with your order number to receive a prepaid return label. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.
  2. Carefully repack the item(s) in the original packaging, ensuring that all components are included. If the original packaging or invoice is unavailable or damaged, please reach out to us for further assistance.
  3. Once your package is securely packed, print the prepaid return label, affix it to the outside of the shipping carton, and drop it off at the designated shipping location. Ensure the package is delivered to the correct carrier as indicated on the prepaid label.

 

Refunds Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty Policy

Our products carry a standard warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase.
What does the MANTABREW warranty cover?
Our warranty guarantees MANTABREW products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year. You can file a warranty claim by contacting us at info@mantabrew.com. To ensure a warranty claim is accepted, all of the following conditions must be met:
  • You must be the original consumer.
  • You must purchase the product through MANTABREW or MANTABREW authorized retailers.
  • You must provide the original sales receipt for proof of purchase.
  • You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions.
Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover:
  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, improper care, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage due to usage with non-MANTABREW components (e.g., batteries, charging cables).
  • Failure to follow all cleaning instructions.
  • Failure to comply with any safeguards listed in the instructions of the product or this warranty.
Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, please present the original warranty card and proof of purchase at the time of repair. Repairs must be conducted by MANTABREW authorized repair personnel only. Any unauthorized repair attempts will result in the voiding of this warranty.
