MANTABREW Refund and Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If more than 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Paid but Not Yet Shipped:

Once we receive and inspect your return request, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that a processing fee of 8% will be deducted from your refund to cover bank charges and currency conversion fees.

Paid and Shipped:

Items must be returned in original, unused condition and include all original packaging. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging.

If you’re unsatisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days for a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee, provided the product is in like-new condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that any promotional gifts received with the product are also returned.

For a full refund without a restocking fee, the item must be completely unused, and the packaging must be intact and unopened. Return shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds for Non-Product Quality Issues:
All additional costs incurred during shipping (including taxes and shipping costs) are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue.
Return Exclusions:
We do not accept items not purchased directly from MANTABREW. For items purchased from authorized retailers, please contact them for returns or exchanges. Unfortunately, gift cards and sale items where returns were explicitly stated as non-refundable are excluded from returns.
Cancellations:
For products that have been ordered and paid for but not shipped, cancellations are possible. However, a credit card processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount (8% to cover transaction fees). We appreciate your understanding, as these fees cannot be refunded by our payment processor.
For items purchased via pre-order, cancellation terms may vary, and such orders may not be eligible for cancellation unless otherwise stated.

Our products carry a standard warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase.
What does the MANTABREW warranty cover?
Our warranty guarantees MANTABREW products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year. You can file a warranty claim by contacting us at support@mantabrew.com. To ensure a warranty claim is accepted, all of the following conditions must be met:

You must be the original consumer.

You must purchase the product through MANTABREW or MANTABREW authorized retailers.

You must provide the original sales receipt for proof of purchase.

You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions.
Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, improper care, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel.

Normal wear and tear.

Damage due to usage with non-MANTABREW components (e.g., batteries, charging cables).

Failure to follow all cleaning instructions.

Failure to comply with any safeguards listed in the instructions of the product or this warranty.
Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, please present the original warranty card and proof of purchase at the time of repair. Repairs must be conducted by MANTABREW authorized repair personnel only. Any unauthorized repair attempts will result in the voiding of this warranty.
